Ring Pittsburgh is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 seasons. We are looking for experienced ringers interested in a challenging yet rewarding experience. This is also an opportunity for directors wanting an opportunity to ring. Auditionees must be team players, demonstrate physical coordination and musical proficiency, and be able to make a two-year commitment.
The Screening Process
The first step in auditioning is a screening process designed to give applicants immediate feedback as to whether or not their skills are at an appropriate level. Musicians interested in auditioning for Ring Pittsburgh should complete the 2018-2020 Audition Registration Form below and email it to info@RingPittsburgh.org. (If you are unable to open the Registration Form link below, please email us.)
The Audition Process
Successful applicants will receive a level 2+ selection which will be played together in a group setting at positions of the ringer's choice. After playing, auditionees will meet with Ring Pittsburgh Director, Jim Rossetti, and members of the Ring Pittsburgh Board to answer any questions and discuss the ensemble's mission and goals. Auditions will take place at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Allison Park, at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. St. Paul's is located at
1965 Ferguson Road, Allison Park, PA 15101.
